The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suit bathroom and the guest wash- room, all the bedrooms have direct access to the garden, and the capacity of villa can sleep up to 7 individuals. Master Bedroom has under floor heating.

The manicured garden is flat with large swimming pool and porches with lots of furniture for summer living and an outdoor dining room.

The cool air from the mountain of La Concha, the famous mountain of Marbella, freshen the house when the North and South windows are open creates a corridor of cool air, no air-conditioning in the house.

The service quarter behind the Kitchen is not for rent as the maid resides there. She makes breakfast and cleaning of the house and if the tenants want can also cook with extra pay. The gardener regularly maintains the garden and outside area and cleaning of the pool.
