This is a very special townhouse in Sotogrande due to its unique location and the incredible view of mountains of Morocco, the rock of Gibraltar, the blue Mediterranean sea and the bird sanctuary in front of the river of Guadiaro.

Main floor consists of a living room and dining room overlooking the garden and the river, a large, fully equipped kitchen with laundry area and a WC near the main entrance.

Upper floor consists of a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and lots of light which opens to a balcony with the sea views. There are two other bedrooms on the upper floor which share one bathroom. There is an additional bedroom in the large basement which has a double bed, sofa bed and a large en-suite shower room - TV (Spanish channels only).
