Elegant villa on the Royal Golf Course, on prestigious Kings & Queens

This elegant villa is a decorator's showcase, located on a privileged street in prestigious lower Sotogrande. It faces the lower golf course and all rooms are very sunny and open to a very quiet section of golf course.

The main villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds which can be left separate or put together to make king-sized beds. Cottage adjacent to the main house has 1 bedroom, with single beds, and one bathroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning.

The living room and dining room are stylishly decorated with antiques. There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table.

The house includes a housekeeper who can cook, clean and do some laundry for up to 4 guests. For more than 4 guests, additional help will be provided for their account.

Garden and pool cleaning five mornings a week.
