Entering to the property there is a large flat garden adjacent to the Guadalquiton with views of the Rock of Gibraltar. In a corner of this garden there is a large swimming pool, with a charming area bar at one end.

This very interesting house has a main house with 5 bedrooms and lots of sitting areas and terraces, and a cottage. There is air conditioning system Hot/Cold throughout the house; one of the living rooms and the master bedroom upstairs have underfloor heating and cooling. The master bedroom is very large, with a big terrace overlooking the garden and the Rock of Gibraltar; it has en-suite bathroom, separate shower and walk-in closet, it also has air conditioning. The other 4 bedrooms have fans as well as air conditioning units; there is a chill out room for the young to watch TV. The kitchen is very large with a long wooden table next to it and with a separate laundry room. The cottage has a very spacious living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The house, including the Cottage, has 7 bedrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds, and there is a children's room with 3 single beds. So that's 12 people.
